The above chart measures quartile finish in each tournament. In a sixteen player event, a player finishing in the top four would be in Quartile 1, fifth to eighth Quartile 2, ninth to twelfth in Quartile 3 and thirteenth to sixteenth in Quartile 4.

Fitness fanatic Gordon 8man Davey (he’s in fancy dress above and not linking substance abuse with his keeness for cycling) mastered the Wednesday venue played this season at three venues, the Battle of Trafalgar, The Harbour View and the Royal George.

Gordon got two wins under his belt, finsihed in the top half in over two thirds of the events.

He has a tight aggressive style, but is not averse to the odd squeeze!

The league’s top rated player was Iain 62 Hay, last season’s champion. Work shifts and Albion matches prevented Mr Hay from attending all nights.

Special mention should also go to Joe Slap Head Winter, who bagged three victories early in the season. Joe’s hyper loose aggressive style, whilst successful early on, ran out of steam in the fourth week. Those early season successes also made him the league’s most prolific assassin.
