Quality play won Andy Clements the Overall league title in a competitive season that went to the wire with the final table being decided in the last event of the season. Andy lead the league from week three, after a string of good wins at the Poets’ Corner, supplemented by some solid performances at The Mile Oak Inn.

But Rob The Hitman Scott gradually closed the gap by winning six events in the latter stages of the season, rising to become the league’s top hitman, the results of which can be seen here.

Special mention should also go to Gordon 8Man Davey, who, with a player rating of 2100, was streets ahead of allcomers.

Andy’s Performance graph can be seen below for the combined leagues.

The pie chart above indicates the strength of Andy’s games overall this season. It measures the quartile finish in each tournament. In a sixteen player event, a player finishing in the top four would be in Quartile 1, fifth to eighth Quartile 2, ninth to twelfth in Quartile 3 and thirteenth to sixteenth in Quartile 4.

Andy finished in the top quartile for a third of the events and the top half in over three quarters. He only busted in the very early stages once.
